These terms and conditions govern all use of the websites owned and operated by Leeway Care Services Limited (“Leeway”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (collectively, the “Websites”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Websites, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the Websites or use any services.

Age Restriction

The Websites are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

User Accounts and Blogs

If you create a blog/site on the Websites, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and blog, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the blog. You must comply with Leeway’s guidelines for descriptions and keywords associated with your blog. Leeway may change or remove any description or keyword that it considers inappropriate or unlawful. You must immediately notify Leeway of any unauthorized uses of your blog, account, or any other breaches of security. Leeway will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

Responsibility of Contributors

If you contribute content to the Websites (the “Content”), you are entirely responsible for the content and any harm resulting from it. This applies to all forms of content, including text, graphics, audio files, and computer software.

By making Content available, you represent and warrant that:

• Downloading, copying, and using the Content will not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You have the necessary permissions to post or make available the Content, including any software.
• You have complied with any third-party licenses relating to the Content.
• The Content does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
• The Content is not spam, misleading, or unethical.
• The Content is not pornographic, threatening, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
• Your blog is not advertised through unsolicited electronic messages.
• The name of your blog does not mislead readers into thinking you are someone or something else.
• You have accurately categorized and described any computer code included in the Content.

By submitting Content to Leeway for inclusion on your Website, you grant Leeway a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your blog. Leeway will use reasonable efforts to remove Content from the Website upon your request, but caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.

Leeway has the right (but not the obligation) to remove any Content that violates Leeway’s policies or is harmful or objectionable. Leeway may also terminate or deny access to the Websites for any reason, in its sole discretion. Leeway will not be obligated to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid.

Payments and Renewals

General Terms

By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Leeway the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated. Subscription payments are charged in advance on the day you sign up and cover the use of the service for the chosen period. Payments are not refundable.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you notify Leeway before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize Leeway to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee using your payment method on file. Upgrades can be canceled at any time by submitting your request to Leeway in writing.

Services

Fees and Payment

By signing up for a Services account, you agree to pay Leeway the applicable setup fees and recurring fees. Fees will be invoiced starting from the day your services are established. Leeway reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. You can cancel your services at any time by providing Leeway with thirty (30) days written notice.

Support

“Email support” means the ability to request technical support assistance by email at any time. Leeway will use reasonable efforts to respond within three business days. “Priority” means that support takes priority over support for users of the standard or free Leeway Care Services Limited services. All support will be provided in accordance with Leeway’s standard practices, procedures, and policies.

Responsibility of Website Visitors

Leeway does not review all material posted to the Websites and cannot be responsible for its content or use.
